Proof of funds, Proof of income & renter's insurance are required. Seasonal rent is $12000/mth if 3 months, $10000 if 4 months with full amount paid at lease signing. One month security deposit (utilities will be deducted from security deposit). If rented yearly: credit report, security deposit, first and last month rent due before move-in.
